When: Every Thursday night during Yawgoog summer camp, 7 PM, Medicine Bow Dining Hall flag pole Cost: $20 If you have been an Ordeal member for at least 10 months you can advance to Brotherhood at Camp Yawgoog. No pre-registration required just show-up in class A uniform with your OA sash!
Attend a second week of camp at a HUGE discount only available to OA members. ArrowCorps is a one week experience at Camp Cachalot or Camp Yawgoog where the principles developed during the summer of 2008 at national ArrowCorps 5 are being applied in our own camp settings. The servant leadership and conservation projects developed/carried out are used as a model for future projects at other Narragansett Council properties. The project will run from Monday to Friday; you will work from 8 AM to noon, then have the afternoon free for your personal goals (advancement, recreation, etc.) This is a chance for you to demonstrate your cheerful service in meaningful work projects.
Each June, Arrowmen from all around New England will gather at this event for a weekend of FUN, FELLOWSHIP, and GREAT FOOD! Events include waterfront activities, COPE, shooting sports, outdoor challenge games, OA Museum, patch trading and much more. Each night will feature a full show and a cracker barrel second to none! If you are lucky you might even get VIP seating for the show!
The Winter Fellowship will be held on the beautiful Bryant University campus. We will be staying at the Chace Athletic Center and will have access to the entire Bryant Athletic Center for the weekend and includes food for the entire weekend. We have all sorts of games planned and you will attend a Bryant University basketball game on Saturday night. You must be an active / dues paid OA member to attend this event.
